I have just finished reading about your journey through life
with Ken – Our Legacy of Love. It is like a fantastic
dessert, you don’t gobble it down. You savor it! There is
no way I can describe the joy you blessed me with as I
learned so much about you both and your children. The
depth of your understanding, application, and appreciation
for the words of the Bible are not privy to most people – I’m
jealous. The philosophy for living that you and Ken shared
has been the greatest gift you could have given your
children. (Bruce, Alexandria, MN)
Thanks again for sending me “Our Legacy of Love.” You have written a touching tribute to a man who
comes across as an outstanding person with an open, curious mind, loving heart, and positive outlook. The
deep love within your marriage emerges in the memories and the writing of the story. I was moved by both
your relationship and the depth of your love. The diverse backgrounds between you and Ken makes for a
fascinating foundation in the relationship. Where it appears these differences might have been reason to
separate many couples, instead, they linked you together in a strong bond through your love of each other,
driving you forward through life together, no matter what you had to face. And, obviously, there were many
struggles you had endured as a couple. (Bill, Port Angeles, WA)
I just wanted to let you know I am fully enjoying reading your book. You are a very good writer and you
certainly convey the feeling of your home and what your different children are like as well as your wonderful
life with Ken. (Adrienne, Nashua, N.H.)
I finished Legacy about a week ago. It’s really great. What is especially strong is where you make
references to what society/the times were like in relation to what was going on in your life. The whole thing is
really charming. (Bridget, East Greenwich, R.I.)
What a wonderful life-story! Your writing is so interesting and easy to read. It is a marvelous celebration of
life and a tribute to your constant love. What a fantastic legacy for your family! (Diana, Escondido, CA)
I wanted to let you know I read the first chapters of your book, and I was blessed by your writing. It was so
wonderful to learn about how you and Ken met – the family history, and the touching details of you
relationship. What a great story! The loss of a life-mate is something that no one gets over. Your
memories, now put into words, are a tribute to your continuing love for Ken – and to your obvious gratitude to
God for placing him in your life. Thank you again, Peggy, for allowing us inside your love story. Keep writing!
It’s great! (Randy, Irvine, CA)
I so enjoyed reading this book. It's a story of love lived. It's funny, uplifting, honest and inspiring and at the
same time I think most of us can relate to many of the events you describe. Your stories have a wonderful
way of reminding me of how profound and important the simplest experiences in life can be. Thank you so
very much for writing the book. (Keitha Walker)
